Shipping Policy

Shipping Procedure
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have started processing your order. This usually takes us 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). If you place your order before 14:00 GMT, we will start processing your order the same day. Afterwards your order will be dispatched, you can expect it to be delivered within 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping Costs
Currently we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delays
You should receive your order within 6-9 working days (Monday-Friday). If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, don’t worry-delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.

We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday-Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at info@lustre-co.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@lustre-co.com. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to us at info@lustre-co.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, non-damaged item.
